O’Connor & Associates was incredibly reliable and made my property tax reduction process an easy ride. They kept me informed throughout, was available to answer any questions I might have, had recommendations for any service I needed relating to the reduction process. The authorities were customer friendly and always had a smile and good attitude. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed, and I would recommend them to any person who is in need of a tax consultant.
