This was my first ever experience dealing with a real estate consultant, let alone reducing property taxes for my property. I was in a bit of a panic initially but ford managed to help me understand the process flow. He handled things very efficiently and got me decent savings. I was really satisfied with the customer services at O’Connor & Associates.
