This year i signed up with O’Connor & Associates to get my property taxes reduced since my tax rate was huge. A friend of mine suggested O’Connor and I am happy I heeded to his advice. I had my taxes reduced considerably and it was a very satisfying and rewarding experience for me. more

O’Connor & Associates have been providing tax reduction services for my property for the past four years. Their charges are reasonable, and the process is smooth. They were very understanding and handled all cumbersome paperwork pretty efficiently without much fuzz. O'Connor & Associates saved me and my wife from a potentially catastrophic tax value last year. We were lucky we found the right tax consultant at exactly the right time. I was impressed by the outcome of my recent property tax reduction and I highly recommend O’Connor & Associates for any real estate legal matters. The teams of professionals are well informed and have immense knowledge in the tax reduction process. I met Philips twice, during my initial consultation and during the closing. The tax reduction team communicated very effectively. They provided periodic updates and answered all my questions, but most important of all, they were punctual. more

Sam’s experience on the real estate market was so helpful for me during my search. It was clear to me that Sam had no agenda other than getting client understand the exact protest process. He was such a great resource, and his specialty is his better communication ability and knowledge about the real estate market. O'Connor & Associates is an amazing consultant! They helped me in reducing my property taxes. I knew absolutely nothing about property tax reduction process. I came to know about the O'Connor's through my friend. They clearly explained the process and answered all queries patiently, I was very timid and feared that many of the questions I asked were stupid, The staff there constantly reassured me that there are no stupid questions.
