I had the best moving experience with Partner movers. Over the years I have moved a lot of times and I think I finally found a mover I can go back to. I hired them to move my fath...

Worst

I scheduled three men for our move. The movers were supposed to be at our apartment by 8:30 am. They were late...no big deal, only 15 minutes. There were only two of them...oh ...

Impressive performance!!! 12/12/2007

The guys were very hard working and contentious with the fragile items and keeping the house clean. They were polite, courteous, and well prepared, they did a wonderful job and were very professional. I was delighted that we had no breakage or damage of any kind and the job came in right within the estimated time and cost. Their web site is full with advices for packing, moving and getting yourself ready for your new beginning. I would recommend Partner Van Lines to anyone who asks me for movers. The guys were very hard working and contentious with the fragile items and keeping the house clean. They were polite, courteous, and well prepared, they did a wonderful job and were very professional. I was delighted that we had no breakage or damage of any kind and the job came in right within the estimated time and cost. They were very careful to tell us about all the potential problems and were very accommodating to our needs. The consultant who estimated the job on site, gave a realistic price, and delivered on all promises. This is a real pleasure to see in a world of excuses, where performance often falls short of what is promised. Though their price was not the lowest we received, we truly believe it represented exceptional value compared to all others. Partner?s 4 man crew arrived on time, were courteous and friendly and always most accommodating. We enjoyed having them do our move. They worked steadily and hard in order to get the job done in the best of time. Valencia showed his wisdom and experience as he packed the load tight as a drum and no exterior damage has resulted. AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT USE 12/4/2007

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE AWFUL. Today is Tuesday, they were supposed to move me this Thursday afternoon. They inform me this morning that they have to come Wednesday morning to move me- no apology, no concern for how stressful that would be. I agreed to it, but insisted that I need to be compensated somehow for all the stress moving a full day and a half at the last minute creates. I ask if they would help me wrap my paintings as compensation. this was my first time moving and i did not know the first thing about it. I was very nervous! I found Partner van lines after searching google and loved their website! it gave me everything i needed. so I called and had one of the cosecants help me, a lovely girl, Aloe, she answered all my questions and set me up that same day. I was relieved to get the search part over with. the day of the move was even better, they took care of everything for me, I did some but all together, they were wonderful. from the first conversation to the bill paying (that was $20 over but worth every penny!). I will use again and recommend everyone to stop searching - this is your company! Pros: on time, helpful Cons: non more

On the day of the move the movers were on time. The guys were courteous and very careful with my belongings. Outstanding Move 11/2/2007

I used Partner Van Lines to move my two bedroom apartment. After calling several companies, I found a reliable and professional company that fitted my budget. Since everything kind of happened in the last minute, I required the movers help with packing as well. The representative, who I spoke with, was very helpful and took the time to explain about every detail of my move, about packing and the estimated charges. I really appreciated the time she had taking to do so since it helped having a move with no surprises. As well, their website, www.partnervanlinescom, was so helpful, I got all my answers in there. The move was so smooth thanks to professional group of people that arrived ? they worked in a breakneck pace, packed everything with such a great care as if my household goods were their own. The leader of the team was patient and took care of all my concerns. Thanks to an efficient and organized crew, I managed to relax in such a stressful day. I took some time to write a review for this company. But better late than never. I have a bad back and in no position to do the move myself. I decided to hire movers. This is my first move in 6 yrs and I was not sure as how to choose a mover. There were so many companies to choose from. There were all kinds of scary stories about moving companies on the web, which made me extremely nervous. I found Partner Van Lines on the web and bunch of other companies. I called 10 different companies. But the consultant at Partner seemed to know a lot and made me feel very comfortable. So I decided to go with them. I was still a bit nervous until the move date. I had a very nice gentleman, Carlos, who was the lead person. The guys worked very hard and made everything seem easy. I was so pleased with their work and felt lucky that I found them. They changed my opinion about movers. It was such a relief to see that there were good people who are honest and hard working, even in the moving industry. Great moving experience 9/19/2007

My first interaction with Partner Van Lines started about a week before my move when I was looking for a moving company. They responded quickly and came for a walk-through to assess my move. The representative who helped me coordinate my move and the estimator that came over showed high level of professionalism that was proven by their team on field as well. The guys that came to move us were on time, friendly, clean and polite.
