Unscrupulous, Unprofessional, Thief. DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP! This review comes after using this body shop for many, many years and recently being treated with complete disregard, and unprofessionalism by the Co-Owner. He is attacking, untrustworthy, and exhibits complete disregard for his customers. He avoids questions of his repairs, and has now been found to provide completely inferior body repairs. (Parts left off of repair thus causing danger to our family) Beware because they will repair your vehicle, then not stand behind their guarantee as stated on their website home page, and will then accuse the 20 year customer of lying. The co-owner is unstable, unable to answer specific questions when car is not up to standard and the other 5 star reviews on this site are not likely from actual customers. It is sad and unfortunate that he continues to hide information from his paying customers and deny any wrong doing even when proven under investigation to wrong doing. Avoid this repair shop unless you are willing to accept inferior repairs and be disregarded by the co-owner. Luckily, we are able to take him to court but no one else should have to go through this. Protect yourself,your family and your children who have to ride in a vehicle repaired by him and avoid this repair shop at all costs. more

Parkers Collision is run by a co owner who is unscrupulous, untrustworthy, and hides the truth from repairs to his customers. After using his shop and referring clients for over 20 years, we were just treated with the worst service. We had our bumper replaced due to being hit, he replaced it and painted a part of the bumper that is not supposed to be painted (top rubber area) and then of course the paint peels off...we return the car to him and he refused to take any responsibility. He never answered our question regarding ""why was this non-paintable area painted?"" and was it this way when received at your shop from the supplier or did one of your employees mistakenly paint that area not in accordance to specs. Constant refusal to answer our questions and refusal to make it right, despite their online guarantee to do so. We were then forced to pay out of pocket for another bumper so that the rubber was correct and not painted. Unfortunately this guy is a crook and also does not disclose all info to customers. It is sad when a local business goes bad and refuses to acknowledge his staff made an error in the specs. BEWARE of the good reviews as most people think he did a great job, but there are secrets due to the fact the average consumer does not know what to look for with all the details of the repairs. more

Parker's Collision of Ringo Dr. in Wilm., NC is an unscrupulous business. The owner does not inform car owners of their exorbidant ""storage"" fees (they charge $35.00 per day!) while you await insurance-paid repairs. IF you are then denied coverage, not only are you charged the storage fee, Parker's DOUBLE-BILLS for towing fees that A.A.A. has already paid! Consumer, beware, the owner was cavalier about the practice. When I was stunned by the bill for $980.00 ( and NO WORK was done on my car by Parker's, mind you!) I was told I could sign my '06 Stratus car title over to the company as compensation! Just devastating. I felt as though my car was held hostage. We had hoped to donate the vehicle to Purple Heart Association but weren't able to since Parker's claimed a lien against our title. Heartless, deceitful and simply BAD BUSINESS. more

Have had 3 wrecks and have taken my Nissan to Parker's each time. They are very professional and my vehicle looks like it had never been in an accident. Parker's always kept me up to date with the status of my repairs and called the ins co for additional repairs so my car would be fixed correctly. They even helped me get a rental through my ins co. my uncle has owned his aoutbody shop for over 9 years. i have seen far worse cars and more difficult repairs come through their then what i droped off at parkers. it would have taken my uncle that works alone in his shop less then 3 weeks to do what took parkers over a month. you would think more time in the job better quality. that was not the case. Pros: none Cons: poor customer service, horrible repair, horrible timeliness more
