Businiess name:  Parker's Collision Center

Review content:
Parker's Collision of Ringo Dr. in Wilm., NC is an unscrupulous business. The owner does not inform car owners of their exorbidant ""storage"" fees (they charge $35.00 per day!) while you await insurance-paid repairs. IF you are then denied coverage, not only are you charged the storage fee, Parker's DOUBLE-BILLS for towing fees that A.A.A. has already paid! Consumer, beware, the owner was cavalier about the practice. When I was stunned by the bill for $980.00 ( and NO WORK was done on my car by Parker's, mind you!) I was told I could sign my '06 Stratus car title over to the company as compensation! Just devastating. I felt as though my car was held hostage. We had hoped to donate the vehicle to Purple Heart Association but weren't able to since Parker's claimed a lien against our title. Heartless, deceitful and simply BAD BUSINESS.
