Parkers Collision is run by a co owner who is unscrupulous, untrustworthy, and hides the truth from repairs to his customers. After using his shop and referring clients for over 20 years, we were just treated with the worst service. We had our bumper replaced due to being hit, he replaced it and painted a part of the bumper that is not supposed to be painted (top rubber area) and then of course the paint peels off...we return the car to him and he refused to take any responsibility. He never answered our question regarding ""why was this non-paintable area painted?"" and was it this way when received at your shop from the supplier or did one of your employees mistakenly paint that area not in accordance to specs. Constant refusal to answer our questions and refusal to make it right, despite their online guarantee to do so. We were then forced to pay out of pocket for another bumper so that the rubber was correct and not painted. Unfortunately this guy is a crook and also does not disclose all info to customers. It is sad when a local business goes bad and refuses to acknowledge his staff made an error in the specs. BEWARE of the good reviews as most people think he did a great job, but there are secrets due to the fact the average consumer does not know what to look for with all the details of the repairs.
