Unscrupulous, Unprofessional, Thief. DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP! This review comes after using this body shop for many, many years and recently being treated with complete disregard, and unprofessionalism by the Co-Owner. He is attacking, untrustworthy, and exhibits complete disregard for his customers. He avoids questions of his repairs, and has now been found to provide completely inferior body repairs. (Parts left off of repair thus causing danger to our family) Beware because they will repair your vehicle, then not stand behind their guarantee as stated on their website home page, and will then accuse the 20 year customer of lying. The co-owner is unstable, unable to answer specific questions when car is not up to standard and the other 5 star reviews on this site are not likely from actual customers. It is sad and unfortunate that he continues to hide information from his paying customers and deny any wrong doing even when proven under investigation to wrong doing. Avoid this repair shop unless you are willing to accept inferior repairs and be disregarded by the co-owner. Luckily, we are able to take him to court but no one else should have to go through this. Protect yourself,your family and your children who have to ride in a vehicle repaired by him and avoid this repair shop at all costs.
