I called and asked to speak to the owner (Tina) because I seemed to be having an adverse reaction. Tina was very kind and made time to meet with me. I'm a 54 year-old man who needed treatment for rosacea. A highly recommended dermatologist treated my rosacea ~5 years ago. He charged me what I considered to be a very inflated fee to diagnose what I already knew was rosacea. This fee was then not even applied to my laser treatment which cost ~$1,000. He was then very belligerent when he learned that I had questioned his billing practices for a simple consultation. I needed the rosacea treatment again and knew that I wouldn't ever return again to this dermatologist. My wife had told me about Parker Day Spa. I researched their site on-line and read some of the reviews. I met with Tina for a no-charge consulation and was very pleased with both her level of expertise and the wide assortment of treatment options at the spa. The prices were also very, very reasonable. After researching the CO2 laser, I was so impressed with the techology that I chose to have this treatment, not for rosacea, but to tighten my face and neck, as well as to remove some wrinkles. When I went back to be treated for rosacea with a different type of laser, I chose to have some additional touch up with the CO2 around my eyes, forehead and also to remove some age spots from my hands. I had commented to Tina that as a professional, I would never think of going to work in a wrinkled suit, so why not remove the wrinkles from my face and push back the hands of time a little. My wife also had CO2 laser on her face and neck after my procedure. It was fascinating to watch. Tina worked like an artist and was just very detailed. In speaking of Tina, she let us know before the procedures what to expect. She performed the procedures beautifully. She gave us all of the pre and post op information. She also followed up with phone calls the next day to check on us and gave us her cell phone if we had any questions whatsoever. If you're considering having this type of treatment, I couldn't recommend Tina more highly. more

If you need to just get away for the day or just an hour or so PDS is the place to go. If you are not sure what you want, just call and talk to the staff and they will help you decide. For me there is no wrong decision because it is such a relaxing, soothing place to go. Tina is the owner and the most wonderful, caring person. YOU are important to her and the same for her staff. I have had many services at this incredible spa, as I have had traveling around the country and abroad. PDS is still #1 in my book. My latest is the fat emulsifying machine (Zerona). It really works even after your treatments are over. Not weighing myself, but when I had to buy smaller underwear now that is a GOOD feeling. That is results that count. If anyone ever has a less than expected visit,it should be addressed then and there. Tina is the one who will make it right, she is there to HELP not for the money. more

So I went to Parker Laser for a CO2 Fraxil. It was not only one of the most reasonably priced, I really felt like I was taken care of. Tina, the owner is just an amazing woman, she does a lot for her community and I am a big fan! Lots of daily deals too which I love! more

I had such an odd experience on PDS. I arrived for my scheduled appointments and felt like a walk-in customer. I had to remind them that I had another service scheduled after I finished with my first. The wax (legs and bikini) was spotty at best with many patches of hair not removed on my legs. The room was incredibly cold and the sink/trash area was dirty and disorganized. The manicure and pedicure came out lovely and the nail tech (Jan, I believe) had several recommendations to keep my manicure looking fresh. Though the polish selection was plentiful, the polish itself looked dried out. I ended choosing the most fresh looking bottle rather than the color I originally had in mind. In the end, I was relatively pleased with my nails and quite a bit underwhelmed with my wax. more

The facility is dirty and cluttered with trinkets and junk. I agree with a previous comment that the owner is patronizing and phony. I would not recommend this place. more

I have been going to this spa for years. I have had massages, laser treatments, and most recently took advantage of the Zerona Fat Emulsifying Cold Laser and the TPR - Tri Phasic Resonator. I lost 11 inches in 6 weeks! Tracy the laser tech was wonderful!! She is very professional and skilled. She explained everything in detail and was a delight to see during my treatments. I was sad to stop my treatments, Tracy and the rest of the girls are so nice and friendly. I highly recommend the spa, their services, Tracy, and the rest of the staff. more

My first visit was fairly pleasant and the staff seemed friendly and welcoming. My second visit I was treated extremely poorly by the technician named Tracy. She was not only rude but treated me as if I were a horrible inconvenience to her, as did the receptionist. My third visit I was treated the same by Tracy, who was not only unfriendly when I walked in, she was rude. I was 15 minuets early to my appointment, however, Tracy saw her two friends before me, which were both at least 25 minuets late since she took the first of them during my scheduled appointment and expected me to wait an hour after my appointment to be seen, when I showed up on time. I have never been treated with such a lack of respect by a professional, and I intend to dissuade everyone I meet from enduring such an experience. I recently had the Zarona treatment at Parker Day Spa and I have to say that it was the best thing that I could have done for myself. I really was sceptical regarding the results that I would receive and I have to say that I was extremely surprised. During the treatments I definitely noticed a difference in the way that my clothes were fitting. Soon after the treatments were done I dropped an entire pant size. Since then I have been dieting and am so excited because I have now dropped another size. Everyone (including family) has asked me what I have done. more

I love the PDS! I started going there for massage and wow do they know what they are doing. If you want a relaxing massage you get one, if you want a healing massage you get one. Tina and all the staff have really worked with me to find the best services to meet my needs and budgets. I have been very happy with the laser services as well. I have had MANY spray tans over the years. Custom and the Mystic Tan. The spray tan I had at Parker Day Spa was by far THE BEST I have ever had. There were no streaks and the color was a nice dark color, not orange like a lot of the spray tans out there. I could also tell a difference in the quality of the spray because it lasted longer than the other tans I have had in the past. Another plus is Iva who does the spray tans. She makes you feel so comfortable, and she she is very friendly. I have had a lot of excellent services done at Parker Day Spa and I am even happier now that they offer the Spray Tan! I would love to tell everyone of my awesome experience at Parker Day Spa doing the Zerona body slimming treatments. It is 6 painless treatments over 2 weeks. I saw results within a few days, and now that I am done with the whole set of laser treatments and lypossage, I am very happy with my new figure! I have lost a whole size and can now get into my skinny jeans and the form fitting clothes I use to be too self-consious to wear! Yah! The practioners were very experienced and helpful and really took good care of me the whole time and come highly recommended. I have been here twice which was 2 times to many. Every time I go in the staff is rude and I leave seeing absolutely no change in my skin. Don't go here, it's a waist of your time and money, of which they are more than happy to take away from you. more

My husband and I were excited to try this spa out for a couples' massage for Valentine's Day. The prices were fairly reasonable, although not significantly less than other establishments in this area. The employees were extremely friendly, but the massage I received was less than mediocre. I am 7 months pregnant and had set up the appointment for a prenatal massage. Yet, the therapist was surprised that I was pregnant when I showed up. The website talks about special prenatal massage tables (which was not offered to me) and then when I specifically asked the massage therapist to focus on my lower back - as that is where I have discomfort - she barely even touched it. On top of it, the therapists didn't get into the room until 15 minutes after our appointment had started and stopped 45 minutes later....not quite the hour massage I had expected. I've been going to the Parker Day Spa for years. The location is just adorable and the ladies that work there are so fun and personable. Since the renovation my chiropractor is in the building too so it's a one stop shopping for a chiropractic adjustment and a massage!! more

I went to Parker Day Spa for laser hair removal and they are awful!!! I suffered through the pain of the underarms because it was inexpensive and then I started doing my bikini a few months ago. Having the laser done on the bikini is almost unbearable but I tolerated it because I wanted to be hair-free. The last time I went I left with red burns under my arm and on my bikini. It has been 3 weeks and they are only now starting to fade. When I called Tina, the owner to tell her she was less than sympathetic and said "oh well, that can happen". I will not be going back to subject myself to MORE burns! more

When I was in Parker visiting with my mother I had a whole day planed for us together of pampering and then lunch. It was wonderful, first we had massages, then pedicures and a couple of laser treatments for little things. It was refreshing and intend to go back there everytime I visit. I luv Parker Day Spa! It's an adorable cozy & charming old home, not a brand new slick office. People are so friendly, and I always feel right at home when I open the door. Services are great and at a reasonable price in comparaison with other spas. There are many reasons they continually get Best of the Best....probably because they simply are the Best. A great find!
