My husband and I were excited to try this spa out for a couples' massage for Valentine's Day. The prices were fairly reasonable, although not significantly less than other establishments in this area. The employees were extremely friendly, but the massage I received was less than mediocre. I am 7 months pregnant and had set up the appointment for a prenatal massage. Yet, the therapist was surprised that I was pregnant when I showed up. The website talks about special prenatal massage tables (which was not offered to me) and then when I specifically asked the massage therapist to focus on my lower back - as that is where I have discomfort - she barely even touched it. On top of it, the therapists didn't get into the room until 15 minutes after our appointment had started and stopped 45 minutes later....not quite the hour massage I had expected. I will not be returning to this spa - although friendliness goes a long way, the money was NOT worth the service we received.
