My first visit was fairly pleasant and the staff seemed friendly and welcoming. My second visit I was treated extremely poorly by the technician named Tracy. She was not only rude but treated me as if I were a horrible inconvenience to her, as did the receptionist. My third visit I was treated the same by Tracy, who was not only unfriendly when I walked in, she was rude. I was 15 minuets early to my appointment, however, Tracy saw her two friends before me, which were both at least 25 minuets late since she took the first of them during my scheduled appointment and expected me to wait an hour after my appointment to be seen, when I showed up on time. I have never been treated with such a lack of respect by a professional, and I intend to dissuade everyone I meet from enduring such an experience. Save yourself the irritation and rudeness you will experience here, not to mention the filthy establishment, and simply go to Spa Moments in Parker instead.\r
