Highly Recommended 3/7/2014

Fast, professional and friendly. Scott did a thorough job explaining the process of main valve replacement and getting it done quickly. All pricing was explained up front, and was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Paramount for your plumbing needs. more

Paramount did major remodeling in my home, and I couldn't recommend these guys more highly. As a realtor, I understand the value of good quality work, that is guaranteed, and done in a professional, timely manner. They finished the work ahead of schedule, and went above and beyond what was necessary to get the job done. Thanks to Jay, Tom, Mike and all the guys. You are the best! more

Expensive, messy and took a long time. 11/9/2012

Very unsatisfied. Expensive, long process that was very messy. It took 2.5 hours to clear a glogged kitchen sink drain and cost it $446.00. The technichian worked with plungers and then a snake. He put in a substantial amount of effort in from a time persepctive but it did not work. He noted the snake was unable to get through the pipe that twisted several times at 90 degrees which was a logical explanation but this was the majority of the cost and it was ineffective so it should have been stopped sooner or not charged. In the end the pipe was cut in the basement which was fine with me and this cleared the drain but created a massive mess. If I had not spread a tarp before he cut the pipe it would have ruined our new carpet. Even with the tarp I had to do a sunstantial clean-up after he left. (Hose down the tarp, vacum and shampoo the rug and clean food particles off the carpet, wall and tile.) He was not prepared for the water and food that came out when he cut it. In the end I was left with a complete mess and a $446.00 bill. more

Very Pleased!!! Highly Recommend!!! 6/24/2012

We've used Paramount Plumbing several times over the past few years for new valves in our water supply and hot water heater problems. And we are thrilled to tell you that I could not be more pleased with the service provided. We joined their Diamond Club. The service we received was prompt, professional and they fixed our problems. We highly recommend their service and will continue to use them for our plumbing issues!!! When you have need - give them a call - you won't be disappointed :) more

I was very happy with the work that was done. I did not sign up for "Gold Club" because I just don't like automatic charges of my credit card and I did not want to spend an extra $90 some dollars at the time. But I was pleased with the work and I trust that work in the future should be as reliably good. more

I have used Paramount for the last 10 years and they are a pleasure to work with. They are very timely and have often given me same day service. I am a homeowner with 3, 2-unit investment properties and I would not think of calling another plumber. more

Kitchen and washer drain clogged. 2/15/2012

Job well done, exceptional work and professionalism. The drain pipe for the kitchen and clothes washer was badly clogged. It took several hours to get the job done and the drain is running better than ever. Bob also make some recommendation on how to prevent this from happening again. And I joined the Diamond Club to take a proactive approach to our plumbing needs. Dealing with Paramont was a whole different experience for me, it's been a long time since I worked with a company that puts the customer first. Way to go Paramont. more

no heat 2/14/2012

I replaced my oil furnace filter and found that when I got home from work around 7pm I had no heat After making a couple of calls to repair companys that were no help I called Paramount and talked to Tom the office manager.He told me that they didn't work on oil furnace's but he would make a call and try to help me and call me right back. GUESS WHAT he called me back and told me I had to bleed the oil line. There was a air pocket in it. He walked me thru the process and WOW its fixed. Tom didn't have to help me or get back to me but at 7pm at night tom and paramount went the extra mile and did me a great service I will always call paramount first when I need plumbing. In a world when everone's out for a fast buck these guys just wanted to help. How refreshing more

They've done lots of work for us 4/13/2011

We love Paramount and have used them a lot over the past three years.They've always gone above and beyond. They are always prompt,courteous neat and a pleasure to have around. They did two bathroom renovations for us last year. The fixtures we picked were unusual and new to them, but they we're able to install them and make them work, no problem. Last year they installed a Geothermal heating system and we had the same experience. There was great coordination and communication among the team of well digger,electrician and plumber. more
