Review content:
Very unsatisfied. Expensive, long process that was very messy. It took 2.5 hours to clear a glogged kitchen sink drain and cost it $446.00. The technichian worked with plungers and then a snake. He put in a substantial amount of effort in from a time persepctive but it did not work. He noted the snake was unable to get through the pipe that twisted several times at 90 degrees which was a logical explanation but this was the majority of the cost and it was ineffective so it should have been stopped sooner or not charged. In the end the pipe was cut in the basement which was fine with me and this cleared the drain but created a massive mess. If I had not spread a tarp before he cut the pipe it would have ruined our new carpet. Even with the tarp I had to do a sunstantial clean-up after he left. (Hose down the tarp, vacum and shampoo the rug and clean food particles off the carpet, wall and tile.) He was not prepared for the water and food that came out when he cut it. In the end I was left with a complete mess and a $446.00 bill.
