I replaced my oil furnace filter and found that when I got home from work around 7pm I had no heat After making a couple of calls to repair companys that were no help I called Paramount and talked to Tom the office manager.He told me that they didn't work on oil furnace's but he would make a call and try to help me and call me right back. GUESS WHAT he called me back and told me I had to bleed the oil line. There was a air pocket in it. He walked me thru the process and WOW its fixed. Tom didn't have to help me or get back to me but at 7pm at night tom and paramount went the extra mile and did me a great service I will always call paramount first when I need plumbing. In a world when everone's out for a fast buck these guys just wanted to help. How refreshing
