Paramount Limousine is absolutely one of the best limo services I've had in several years. The rate was very affordable, the driver was very nice and patient, and our H2 stretch was perfect for the 25th Birthday for 18 people. the reservation process was fast and easy. The WORST WORST WORST ever. Booked ride to LAX, driver called 5 minutes PAST scheduled time and said he was 20 minutes away. 30 minutes later, he calls and says almost there. 20 minutes after that he calls and is on the wrong street. Finally gets to my street, says he is at ***** house number, can't find mine. He was at the BEGINNING of my street, all he had to do was DRIVE down ten driveways. OH...when I called dispatch after he called me the first time I said, ""Your driver JUST called, 5 minutes after our time and he is still 20 minutes away."" Their response? ""Oh, is that a problem?"" WHAT?! NEVER EVER AGAIN! more

Great disappointment 2/15/2012

Pickup scheduled for 6 p.m.; made a call to Paramount at 6:15 when no driver appeared. Dispatcher was very courteous, said he would see what the problem was and would call me right back. Another 17 minutes, no call, no car. When I called back I was put on hold while someone tried to see what the problem was. Finally, returning to the telephone, he tells me there was a problem with the driver or the car and they would be sending another car....in about 30 minutes!!! My 6:30 meeting with pickup now at 7:00 was NOT ACCEPTABLE! Took a cab. Will let everyone know if I get my deposit back. Pros: null Cons: null more

I must say I am a frequent user of Paramount Limousine Services and for all my airport transportation and even just to take a ride around town I always make my reservations with them. They have always given me great flat rates for all my trips and it certainly beats taking a cab. They not only have limousines but they also have Sedan, SUV, Limo Buses you name it. I was using another company that was late, cars smelled and I always had to find the driver! I have been using limo companies for years and I just recently started using Paramount Limo, and they have been the best!! Personal service and follow-up, never late and great cars. Great Service! Will definitely use them again I called paramount to arrange for an indoor airport pick up for a client arriving from an international flight. Al did an outstanding job taking the reservation and keeping me informed about the status of the pickup. They were polite and efficient on the phone and sent me all of the details regarding payment and additional fees. Our client was very pleased with the car service, and we will for sure continue using Paramount limo in the future more

Will never use again! 7/14/2011

Used Paramount based on the reviews at Citysearch. Big mistake. Did not experience the professionalism that was mentioned in previous reviews. Rented for a package rate of 4 hrs for $85 per hour. The limo was dirty with half eaten candy and wrappers on the seats. We were using it for a kid's party and specifically called to have a working DVD player. The remote was missing so they could not get it to work. I also extended for another hour and thought I would be charged $85. Instead was charged $115 for the extra hour. When asked why they said it was due to taxes! $30 in taxes for an extra hour? When asked for a reduced rate due to the broken DVD, he said they would call me back. It's been several weeks and no call back. Where is the professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction mentioned in the previous reviews? Will never use again. more

Excellent Service plus resonable price! 6/9/2011

I recommend Paramount Limousine Service with absolutely no hesitation. Due to a cancellation of a flight out of Orange County Airport and as the next available flight was out of LAX at 6 am, I called Paramount late in the evening for a pick up at 3:30 am the following morning. Upon walking outside at 3:15, I saw the car pulling up. The driver was courteous and helpful and I felt he would do anything required to make me comfortable. He did not talk all the time, as so many drivers do, he only talked when I started talking with him. He drove well and the SUV was very clean and comfortable. I arrived at LAX at 4:15 and had plenty of time for checking bags and checking in. I highly recommend Paramount Limousine Service and have been tellling friends about them ever since using the service. I now have them on speed dial and intend making them my official limo company. TRULY A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY WITH A HEART!! 5/4/2011

I work at a middle school that was having a very special off campus event for the student leaders. We thought it would be special to have the kids shuttled to and from the event in Limo's. I wanted to contact a member of our local Chamber of Commerce and found Paramount Limos. I went in and asked to speak to the manager and met Sean, a very kind and gentle man. I was actually a bit hesitatant to tell him who the "clients" were going to be, for fear he wouldn't want to subject his drivers or his vehicles to "over excited middle schoolers". LOL When I told him what I wanted to do and how I wanted to make it special for the kids - instead of dreading the job, he was immediately on-board and thrilled that the students would be enjoying such a special day. THIS MEANT A LOT TO ME because I could tell it came from his heart, not his business. more
