Terrible, awful service. DO NOT USE! 9/13/2009

Worst service, I would never use them again. Driver showed up late, then proceeded to berate us when he got stuck on a curvy road. He took so long to get on the main street that we had to ditch the limo & take our own vehicles to the event, to which we were late. When the company called to see why we didn't take the limo, they gave us the third degree as to where we were going & why. Only use this service if you want to navigate the driver yourself; be yelled at for conditions on the road; undergo great amounts of stress; and have to drive yourself to your destination in the end. The only way to get to the airport 7/12/2009

I recently used Paramount Limo when I needed a ride to and from LAX. I was please with their service. The drivers were prompt and courteous and drove smooth (none of that jerky driving). Getting to LAX can be such a pain, but hiring Paramount Limo eliminated that for me. I would highly recommend them for a ride to the airport. Pros: On time, clean cars more

A rated Limo Company- Polite Employees 5/22/2009

From The start I had a good feeling about paramount Limousine. This was proven and brought to reality on my Girlfriends birthday. They really went the extra step to give us their best services. The Limo was very clean, meticulous, and the driver “ Roberto” was very prompt, on time, and polite. The bar was set up very nice with champagne glasses and colored napkins. The ride was very smooth and comfortable. He wasn’t jerking off, like the other limo company that we used last time. Paramount Surprised us with a birthday card and a birthday balloon, and that was a nice touch for the surprise birthday party I had planned. I was really satisfied with their office staff, their honesty, and their prices were also very reasonable. booked with them, because of the first good impression they gave me, and despite other lower rates I had from some other limo companies. They paid attention to all the details that I was concerned about and that was very important to me, and that’s why, I highly recommend them to anyone who is trying to use an A rated company. My wife and me 3/24/2009

My wife and me were staying at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel, and all of a sudden I decided to take a limo to Vegas. Paramount Limo showed up shortly after our call with a Brand new Stretched Limousine and we were on the way to Vegas. Our driver ?Robert? made it so fun getting there. This was our 10th year anniversary and I wanted to surprise my wife, and I was also surprised myself by Paramount?s exceptional services, and immediate responses. Driver made us relaxed on the way, and even stopped at a Carl?s Jr. on the way for a quick bite to eat. It was an ease not having to go through long lines of the airports. Our driver gave us a movie to watch on the way to Vegas, and we stretched our legs, and also were able to rest a little on the way there. It is great to have fun, and funny drivers. We called Paramount Limo and asked to see if we could keep the driver with us for a day, and fortunately with the wonderful flat daily prices we got from Paramount, it was hard to resist. Considering how much fun we had, and not to mention that I got a little lucky there, this was a trip to remember for my wife and me. I would like to recommend this company to anyone. Exceptional service 3/19/2009

On behalf of my company and myself I would like to write this little note about my experience with Paramount Limousine Services. I can not let another day to go by without extending my gratitude to your company for its role in my recent business trip to Los Angeles. From our initial contact, Paramount was Professional, cordial, and knowledgeable with providing me with me with quotes and information. The driver, Tony, was polite, very pleasant and helpful as we embarked on 15 stops to our largest clients in Los Angeles area. I have enclosed my business card for future reference. I am looking forward to the opportunity to refer your services and to utilize your limousine for future trips. DO NOT use them!!!! 3/17/2009

I am working for a developer in Beverly Hills and booked a car for my boss's clients a week before their arrival to Los Angeles from New York. When I booked the car I booked a black sedan and specifically requested NO limousine or SUVs. It must be a black town car. Our clients arrived on AA and landed 25min. early. They never tracked the flight and were not their for the pick up. I called them and they said the driver is there but is trying to find parking. It was getting late so I told them my client wants to leave with a taxi and they said for my client to go curbside where they would pick him up. So I thought everything is ok and they called saying they had my client in the car. They were suppose to stop at our office and pick up my boss to go to lunch. After about an hour I got a call from my boss, who at this point was infuriated, questioning me why there was a white super stretch in the front of our office to pick him up?!!!! Didn't I specifically request nothing other than a town car??!!!! My boss yelled at me complaining that the driver doesn't even no where is Morton's. I almost lost my job because of this big mess so I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!! Pros: Can't think of any... Cons: Unprofessional more

Professional and Friendly 8/20/2008

I used their Hummer for my birth day for four hours, the care was really beutiful! Once I got into the car, I couldn't belive they are giving it out for that price! inside was quite spectacular. Plus the driver was very professional, on time, and very friendly. Then we rented a limo to go to the concert, this past Saturday, and we got a ver nice driver and a very clean car as well. They seem like they take good care of their cars. more

Best Limo Service in Class 6/13/2008

Paramount limousine has provided reliable limo service and luxurious transportation for my family and staff for over 10 years. My travels normally require early morning departures and late evening arrivals and my residence is far outside city limits. I can always rely on Paramount to get me to the airport on time, and be waiting for me upon my return flight arrivals. Knowledgeable, safe drivers seem to always know the quickest and least congested routes, and always get us to the airport with time to spare. I highly recommend Paramount Limousine. Worse Limo Company Ever!! 2/20/2008

I do not recommend this limo company to anyone. Their pleasant on the phone because they want your money but, when it somes down to the service part this is where they fall apart. I've used them a few times and when I expressed a complaint I had to almost argue with the manager to get him to understand my view point. This is not how service should be done. Outstanding Service with 20 passenger Stretch Black Hummer..HUMMER FROM HEAVEN 5/4/2007

I recently went to a Red Carpet event at the Kodak Theater and had 15 of my close friends with me. We were picked up by Paramount Limosine service and called Thirty minutes before pick up to re-assure us we would make the Carpet on time.. Due to the Hollywood traffic the pickup time I thought was a little early, but the Paramount Representative was kind enought to assure me we would need the extra time., So I agreed to a 3pm pick-up, I figured, even if we were early we could relax in the comfort of a 20 passenger Stretch Hummer, NOT TO SHABBY! We we picked up by a courtious and smiling, Well Groomed Driver who was a pleasure to speek to. The driver even pointed out some Landmarks of "OLD HOLLYWOOD" on the way. My friends and I were out for an evening of nightclubing after the Event and the driver recommeded some clubs and offered to get us VIP into them if we let him know so he could notify his contacts. We did so and got to the Event just in time relax and choose our entry onto the Red Carpet.. The drinks in the car were a good primer for the evening and we had a great time at the event. I called the driver to pick us up and within minutes we were on our way with 2 new friends (17 now) to the recommended nightspot and got in ahead of a massive line at the door thanks to the driver and his hook-ups. We danced the night away and at the time we were ready to go the Hummer was parked directly in front of the Club making for a Grand Exit *not to mention pretty impressive" when we got inside with Cocktails waiting after 2pm to keep the night going. We stopped for breakfast and the driver was able to help get us past a long line of hungry people and we had a table on five minutes. We than headed home.a A GREAT NIGHT WAS HAD BY ALL!!! Thanks to the help of PARAMOUNT LIMO and a very GOOD driver whom we tipped very well even though the tip was included, he deserved it,he tried to refuse but we insisted. I would recommed this company to anyone!!! THANK YOU PARAMOUNT!! Pros: Awsome Stretch Hummer! Disappointed in service 6/20/2006

I recently used this company to help make my husband's birthday a special day. I specifically ordered one of their L-Series limousines in black (basically a regular Lincoln with some extra leg room).
