We were a bit hesitant to build a home and we did our homework.. Now that our home is done we are glad we did. We not only get over $100K in equity, but we were able to get a home exactly the way we wanted and with the features and colors we chose. Building a home is not always easy, but it was much better than we expected. Pantheon set clear expectations and fulfilled their end of the bargain. They gave us a great rate to build our home and as they state everything was a cost-there were NO upgrade charges and we got to use a couple of our own subcontractors and we received the savings. We also liked their online system which provided the transparency we hoped. more

Last Friday we closed on our Pantheon Home and I decided to write because I was so excited that we were able to sell our home for $91K more than what it cost us to build. We love our home and would have remained in it but had to sell due to a job transfer. We realize that not all this equity came from Pantheon but a good portion did because we know members of our ward who build around the time we did and did not get anywhere close to the equity we got, plus we did not have hardly any issues with our home and some of them did. Building a home is not easy, but if your going to build, build with Pantheon. We so appreciated the transparency aspect of their building model and also the value they bring. more

This is the third home we build so we know the many things that can go wrong in building a home. So after doing much research and talking to friends who has built with Pantheon we decided to build with them. Although things weren't perfect but our experience was much better than any other homes we had build before. We appreciate the superintendent who was on top of things and this is the first time a builder has provided an interior designer to work with us; that really helped. Despite a few items, which are to be expected, overall the process was as painless as a homebuilding process can be and we are happy with the outcome. more

We were referred to Pantheon Homes by a coworker who had built with them and had a good experience and was able to get good equity, but I read a couple negative comments so I was bit hesitant, but after talking to them, talking to other builders and realizing that they had even more negative feedback we felt comfortable and moved forward with Pantheon and I am sure glad we did. Not sure why those negative feedback, but experience was very positive we went a bit over but not because they baited and switched us like they did in the first home we built, but because we choose to add a two decks instead of one and finish off part of the basement when we realize we were coming in at budget and in some lines a bit under. Even though we went over our budget it was because we chose to do so and we got it at cost. After working with Pantheon and realizing how many things can go wrong in building a home and g that there are people that you will never make happy, even if they get 95% of it right. It worked for us and we're sure glad we did more research on Pantheon, than making our decision on a few negative reviews. more

We build our third home with Pantheon and our experience was much better than the two prior experiences. We were surprised that they were so open and showed us the invoices and truly gave everything to us at cost. We were able to save money and have almost $23K in equity when we moved in. Don't even consider them. They suckered us in with the "transparent pricing" but honestly, our build went $15000 OVER BUDGET because they estimated wrong. They don't stand behind their subs or you as their client. They take their $ and run. Awful customer support and no real warranty. Don't let Marco fool you. This is a shady company. more

There price is inflated as the process cones along. Don't be taken by this company,do your homework before. Run away from this group more

Pantheon Construction has a photo of our home on their website showing it was a home they built. They did not build our home. They had nothing to do with building our home. It is as though they drove through our neighborhood taking pictures randomly. I have asked them several times to remove the photo of our home yet it remains on their site. Short of legal action I don't know how to get it removed. Beware!!! more

They are great! I really like how open they were and how I could see all the invoices and everything regarding my home. Their bid came in lower than three other bids we got and because of their flexibility we were even able to come in under budget, as a result our appraisal came in much higher than we had thought. more

Today I closed on my home that Pantheon build for us. We not only really like the outcome, but were very pleased with the process. I usually do not write recommendations, but because prior to this we’ve built 3 homes, in two different states, our experience was so much better than those prior building experiences that I felt I should. When we moved to Utah we met with several builders and did a lot of homework on all of them before deciding to build with Pantheon. Although we talked to several of Pantheon prior clients and it seemed that they had a great experience, due to our negative experience with our prior build jobs, we were cautiously optimistic, however today when we closed I realized that not only we had come in a little below budget, but also had $38K in equity. Although building is not always easy, I felt that Pantheon tried to make it as painless as possible. The issues were minimum, but compared to our prior experience this was so much better. I would build with then again. more

We made the HUGE mistake of building with Pantheon. We have had nothing but problems with our home in the short time we have been in it. DO NOT BUILD WITH THEM!! Do not fall for their sales pitch, do not fall for their talk. Our stucco is cracked, our brick is cracked, our driveway is crumbling, our basement cement has more cracks then we can count, our HVAC was installed incorrectly and it cost us $2,500.00 to fix it. They FLAT OUT will not guarantee the work that the subs do. Ask to see their warranty in writing. It will scare you away!! DO NOT even consider this builder. more
