Today I closed on my home that Pantheon build for us. We not only really like the outcome, but were very pleased with the process. I usually do not write recommendations, but because prior to this we’ve built 3 homes, in two different states, our experience was so much better than those prior building experiences that I felt I should. When we moved to Utah we met with several builders and did a lot of homework on all of them before deciding to build with Pantheon. Although we talked to several of Pantheon prior clients and it seemed that they had a great experience, due to our negative experience with our prior build jobs, we were cautiously optimistic, however today when we closed I realized that not only we had come in a little below budget, but also had $38K in equity. Although building is not always easy, I felt that Pantheon tried to make it as painless as possible. The issues were minimum, but compared to our prior experience this was so much better. I would build with then again.
