Last Friday we closed on our Pantheon Home and I decided to write because I was so excited that we were able to sell our home for $91K more than what it cost us to build.
We love our home and would have remained in it but had to sell due to a job transfer. We realize that not all this equity came from Pantheon but a good portion did because we know members of our ward who build around the time we did and did not get anywhere close to the equity we got, plus we did not have hardly any issues with our home and some of them did.
Building a home is not easy, but if your going to build, build with Pantheon. We so appreciated the transparency aspect of their building model and also the value they bring.
