We made the HUGE mistake of building with Pantheon. We have had nothing but problems with our home in the short time we have been in it. DO NOT BUILD WITH THEM!! Do not fall for their sales pitch, do not fall for their talk. Our stucco is cracked, our brick is cracked, our driveway is crumbling, our basement cement has more cracks then we can count, our HVAC was installed incorrectly and it cost us $2,500.00 to fix it. They FLAT OUT will not guarantee the work that the subs do. Ask to see their warranty in writing. It will scare you away!! DO NOT even consider this builder.
