the best doctors in East Bay 9/24/2009

Palo Alto Medical is the best place I have ever visited for medical care. The facility is brand new, the doctors are top notch from ivy league schools and tend to be on the young side. I had the best experience at the Internal Medicine Department where I saw DR. Jennifer Lai who is the department head and the nicest physician I've yet to meet. She was thorough and kind, efficient yet I didn't feel rushed. She took into account all my concerns and when she ordered some labs, I was given clear reasons why for each of them and the wait for the lab was SO short. I also signed up for a mammogram the next week! all the specialists are also in the same building. amazing place! all my family and friends are going to hear about this!! more

Great Pediatrician 8/31/2005

Dr Henry Sanchez and staff and the Palo Alto Medical Foundation are wonderful. I have been taking my two young daughters to Dr. Sanchez for almost a year now and have been completely satisfied. He is willing to hear my opinions on certain approaches I am taking regarding my childrens health. He is very good with children and has a caring approach. My kids love to go and pick out stickers and occasionally a lollipop or two! more

Had good experience with her 8/10/2005

When I was pregnant, my doctor went on maternity leave and I then went to her backup doctor, Dr. Krishnan before getting a new OBGYN assigned Dr. Krishnan was overbooked already). Even before she was my doctor, I had to go to hospital for a day during my pregnancy and she was the doctor on call. Even though she didn't deliver my baby, she delivered my friend's and she was happy. She is very professional and corteus. Very knowledgable and make you feel confortable. She is good about returning calls and explains why she is recommending a test or a procedure. Overall, we had good experience with her and would not hesitate in recommending her. more

I am happy with my pediatritian 8/5/2005

I take my daughter to Dr. Angelina Hadi. I am very happy with my experience. She pays full attention to my 12 month old child and she is always engaging her while examining her. She takes time to answer all my questions and concerns. She always seems to remember what my daughter looked like at thelast visit and in what ways has she changed. She is good about returning phone calls and its always easy to get appointments when my daughter gets sick. Very friendly. more

staff shortage 6/24/2005

I haven't been back to the Palo Alto Clinic for a few years now, but they used to be my primary care giver. The last incident was quite unpleasant and the source of my reluctance to seek treatment there again. In all fairness, the problems that existed a few years ago when the Fremont branch first opened up is probably no longer an issue; they've had ample time to hire the necessary clinicians. My last appointment was an embarrassing mess. I had to go in for an ear infection. They booked me to see a doctor at the same time as four other individuals, so it was basicaly a "group more
