I haven't been back to the Palo Alto Clinic for a few years now, but they used to be my primary care giver. The last incident was quite unpleasant and the source of my reluctance to seek treatment there again. In all fairness, the problems that existed a few years ago when the Fremont branch first opened up is probably no longer an issue; they've had ample time to hire the necessary clinicians.
