10 Years Now. 4/28/2021

I have been doing business with Padula Brothers since 2011 and have never had a negative interaction with anybody there. In fact, my experience is quite the opposite of negative. I get the customer service I need at the parts and service areas and have never had a problem. I do not usually write reviews, but after seeing all these negative reviews, felt compelled to tell of my honest experiences with them. I brought a tire for my X300 in yesterday because the tube needed to be replaced. It was a little expensive, but it saved me the hassle of doing it myself. Dropped it of right before closing yesterday, and picked it up today to finish my yard. No negativity, no attitude, no nonsense. Again, I have never had an issue with these folks. No I do not work there. No I am not related to someone that does. I have no horse in the race other than I have always been treated with dignity and respect when doing business with them. more

None existent customer service 9/12/2019

Ordered a part for my JD and was told it would be in within 5 days called several times and was greeted rudely with an I don't care mentality. I don't know how this business stays afloat considering all the bad press and reviews but hopefully they change their ways soon before the business is a failure. I love my John Deere but after this experience I might actually buy a new Kabuta tractor. more

3 months to put in a new battery??? 6/20/2018

MyJohn Deere lawn mower needed a new battery. Padula said it would take at least 3 months before they could send someone to replace it, or I could have the machine towed in, for $75 which might shorten the waiting time. I have a really big lawn with hills & valleys & grass, weeds, even saplings are already growing due to all the rain. I used my 2 weed whackers to keep some of the growth from becoming so tall & heavy that it laid down, but the whackers burned out after a couple of weeks. I'm still waiting after 2 months & 20 days for my riding mower. I sent them $300 a few weeks ago in hopes they would get my mower back to me. When I call there the lady that answers is always irritated with me. At 65 I can't push a mower over my hills & valleys, the long grass that's laying down is still growing, slippery, getting moldy and can't be cut now. more

RUN - zero customer service, completely incapable of handling the most basic transaction 6/8/2017

If I could give less than one star I would. We were promised a delivery date of 5/30 for a $2k John Deere purchased from Home Depot, distributed by Padula Brothers. On 5/30 after calling Home Depot and being given Padula's number and confirming they had in-fact received our tractor on 5/26, I called Padula Brothers to find out where the tractor was. I was told that Home Depot doesn't make Padula's schedule and was hung up on. I call back in the afternoon, twice to get in touch with someone to find the tractor, and I'm told by a man named Jesse that I'll get it maybe sometime next week. Despite having to wait much longer than quoted to have a very expensive piece of equipment delivered, I relent and specifically instruct them to call my cell phone number to schedule, as the number they have on file is just a number for billing and we cannot be reached during the day on it. A week later, no phone call, and guess what just shows up, along with one of the most rude technicians we have ever dealt with? Without being properly scheduled, we were unable to take the time to be shown how to operate it and receive the "white glove service" (what a joke) we were sold and paid for. When a call was placed to the service department to schedule a technician to come back when we were available we were told they don't have time for this and no one would be coming back, and they would not put us in touch with ownership. No acknowledgement of the delay or lack of scheduling confirmation, just a "not my problem" attitude. Customer service is non-existent. If you are thinking of making any kind of purchase from them, do yourself a favor and find another dealer. I can acknowledge the fact that there may have been a scheduling miscommunication with Home Depot, but based on my interaction with Padula directly from that point on, the service went from bad to worse. They take absolutely no responsibility for their inadequate scheduling or their complete lack of customer service. Run. more

Awful Service, Don't Care Attitude from the Owner on Down 5/26/2015

Horrendous service. Purchased John Deere D105 from HD and they hire Padula Bros. to come "set it up, demonstrate how to use, and answer questions". They sent a guy who literally spent 3 mins and was in a rush to get out of there. Ok fine. Eight months later I needed warranty service for an attachment. John Deere said you must go through a service center. Padula Bros. is the only one anywhere close so I contacted them. They sent a tech to come look at the issue. That was nice but that's where the good service ended. Here's what happened next: 1) The tech took detailed photos and promise he could get me replacement parts for the defective attachment. A week went by. I was never contacted. 2) I contacted Padula Bros. and the service center woman said someone would be in touch within 24 hours. 4 days went by and I was never contacted. 3) I contacted Padula Bros. again. Same woman seemed upset I was not contacted and said she would handle the issue herself, get the replacement parts ordered, and have them out to me in a week or two. 4) A week later I was contacted by Andrew who said I needed to transport the attachment to them. I explained this was impossible as it does not fit in my car, and that it was totally unnecessary as we knew which part was bad and I could replace it myself. He said to email him photos of the bad part (didn't the other tech already do this??) and he'd see what he could do. I did so promptly. 5) I followed up with Andrew 4 times by email over the next two weeks. He never responded to any of them. 6) Frustrated, I called. I got voicemail so I left a polite message explaining what happened and asked someone to contact me. After a week nobody ever called me back. 7) I wrote a negative review online and all of a sudden they respond, basically saying I don't know what I'm talking about, etc. They don't pick up their phone, they don't respond to email or voicemail, and their website is down. Is this a company you want to do business with? Decide for yourself. more

Go to Home Depot instead! 5/14/2015

I have had issues with my brand new mower since we bought it, Andrew is rude, confrontational and the most useless customer service manager I have ever dealt with. I have put a call into his supervisor, with no call back..... I will be contacting the better business bureau as I believe they are unethical when servicing your tractor...... You are better off going to Home Depot!!! more

Padula Brothers Raynham - The people are SO RUDE!!! 12/19/2012

These people are horrible. I don' t need to have people pretend they like me when I'm buying tractor parts but at least they could pretend they like my business. They are not helpful and act annoyed when you need them to lookup parts. My sense is that if you aren't in there buying a new machine they have no use for you and they aren't afraid to show it. I only continue to use them because they are the only local JD/Stihl store. more
