I have been doing business with Padula Brothers since 2011 and have never had a negative interaction with anybody there. In fact, my experience is quite the opposite of negative. I get the customer service I need at the parts and service areas and have never had a problem. I do not usually write reviews, but after seeing all these negative reviews, felt compelled to tell of my honest experiences with them.
I brought a tire for my X300 in yesterday because the tube needed to be replaced. It was a little expensive, but it saved me the hassle of doing it myself. Dropped it of right before closing yesterday, and picked it up today to finish my yard. No negativity, no attitude, no nonsense.
Again, I have never had an issue with these folks. No I do not work there. No I am not related to someone that does. I have no horse in the race other than I have always been treated with dignity and respect when doing business with them.
