Rich is a crook, he bought my sons Corvette from Chad Deardorff and knew that Chad was suppose to make the payments on it. But yet he gave Chad Deardorff $1000.00 for a 1993 Corvette. He told my son he would finish making payments on it. Rich has not made a payment on that car. And has ruined my sons credit. I gave the place all the info they needed to get the car back. Rich has it hidden somewhere. He is a crooked man. If you look deeper in to google you will see what kind of person he is. more

Best towing experience ever. I was broke down on highway and was quoted a rate of $80 for a 20 mile tow on a Sunday evening I told the lady I only had $50 & she said they would work with me because getting me off the highway was more important than the money. The truck arrived quickly and the tow driver Rich fixed my car when we got back to my house for Free. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you're company rocks. more

In response to the last post. The lady that is so unhappy with the tow was never present for anything she seems to know so much about. First off the truck was a 2015 F-550 4x4 Diesel with a 21' Jerr Dann bed. I was about 2000 lbs under weight. I was the driver that day and also the owner.When i picked up there F-350 they were switching plates with another sane colored F-350 and i was wondering what was up. Thinking it was shady I asked for cash when we were done. The guy said no problem. We both decided on Bigelow Gulch instead of the HWY because it was fasted. At NO time did these guys care about getting to any wedding. When we arrived at the shop in the valley he handed me cash and never said a word about a receipt. We Always have them and will always give one. That day I had a friend with me and the guys were on her to the point it was embarrassing, I was shocked to learn latter he had a wife. Clearly he didnt do as he was told and was putting it off on me. Yes i called the lady back at the only number I had and as the owner I felt i should. I pointed out I was never asked for a receipt and she said "" so your calling my husband a liar"" I said no just saying what happened. She clearly was someone I couldnt ever make happy so i was done. Also the truck they had that broke down had a huge lift and looked like it was tipping over on any given day. We haul bigger heavier trucks all the time and in the 10 years weve been in business we gave NEVER damaged a vehicle, not even a scratch. I invite the lady to have herself and husband contact me and if anything I did that day was not professional or below standards i will give a full refund. more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We were broke down at my brother-in-laws house on a Saturday afternoon far from our home and needed a tow truck to haul our truck to the shop to be repaired. I called Pacific Towing and they said they could have someone out in 30 minutes so I agreed. They then told me that they ONLY accept cash so we had to find $80 cash on a Saturday afternoon. Once they got it to the shop my Husband and brother-in-law asked for a receipt so we could get reimbursed through our insurance company. They were told that they couldn't give a receipt he didn't have a book and just wouldn't give one. Being in a rush to get to our mother-in-laws wedding the guys didn't fight anymore with him on the subject. I then called their shop the Monday after and asked if they could send me a receipt so I could get my $80 back and the lady asked where I was so she could bring it to me, seems fishy. I then gave them my work email and asked for it to be emailed. I never received it that day, however, I did receive multiple called, to my work phone and not my cell phone which is the number they had on file, by the tow truck driver telling me that he did offer a receipt that my husband was lying. I did not appreciate feeling harassed by him and I don't believe my work number which was not on file it only showed up on the office caller ID should have ever been given out to the driver for him to repeatedly call me when I didn't pick up the first time. So Tuesday I called the office again and asked for my receipt and explained that I didn't appreciate my number being given out. I asked why I hadn't received my receipt yet and how it seemed like I was being scammed out of my money since she was now saying they do accept check and credit cards but I was told CASH ONLY. So cash only and no receipt, seems like they're wanting to make some extra cash under the table. Today is Wednesday and I still have not received a receipt for our tow. and to top it all off they sent out an F-350 with a flat bed which we had a jacked up F-350 to tow and the driver took every back road through residential streets to get to the shop, which could've been half the time getting there if he took the freeway. Unfortunately, I don't think he could take the freeway because the truck looked like it was going to fall off every time he turned a corner because he was maxed out on size and weight. We're surprised our truck didn't fall off. I'm glad it didn't because I don't think we would've ever gotten any money out of them for damages. more

Stay away from these people. They took my truck after it became stuck on their roller and stashed it at a hidden location. It took me 6 hours of driving around potential sites for me to find it. They would never tell me where it was and I had to get the police involved to get anything done. To top it off they charged me $175 and never delivered and never returned my money. I had to pay another hauler to haul my truck to Davenport, so twice the charge. Wish I would have been able to do homework beforehand. I'm filing a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General. more

These guys have a heart. My car slid into the ditch just before Medical Lake exit, I called Pacific Towing and they were there within the next hour which surprised me since there were cars in the ditch everywhere. Right before they arrived a state patrolman stopped by and was going to request a tow truck for me if I didn't already have one coming. He told me it would cost me approx $175.00 hr if I did not have roadside coverage, which I did not , and worse yet I only had $50.00! When the tow truck showed up I asked how much they charged. He informed me it would be $100.00. I explained my situation telling him I didn't have that much and the driver said that he didn't care how little money I had he was not going to just leave me in the snow bank and proceeded to pull me out! He then accepted my $50.00 as payment in full and sent me on my way! Needless to say I'm a customer for life! more
