These guys have a heart. My car slid into the ditch just before Medical Lake exit, I called Pacific Towing and they were there within the next hour which surprised me since there were cars in the ditch everywhere. Right before they arrived a state patrolman stopped by and was going to request a tow truck for me if I didn't already have one coming. He told me it would cost me approx $175.00 hr if I did not have roadside coverage, which I did not , and worse yet I only had $50.00! When the tow truck showed up I asked how much they charged. He informed me it would be $100.00. I explained my situation telling him I didn't have that much and the driver said that he didn't care how little money I had he was not going to just leave me in the snow bank and proceeded to pull me out! He then accepted my $50.00 as payment in full and sent me on my way! Needless to say I'm a customer for life!
