Pacific Nissan

Bought a new Xterra at Pacific Nissan end of 2010, great vehicle, no problem there.\r Went to Anza Borrego, aired down, handles great off-road. Aired up, new car new battery no problem.\r Then Pacific Nissan did the 7.5k service six months ago, this weekend I air down and when airing up again finds this small old corroded battery in the engine bay! And I did find it strange when I picked up the Xterra after the service that all my radio presets were gone…..now I know, they stole the battery!\r If you need to buy a vehicle, maybe consider the place, after all they're the only independent Nissan in the county and willing to make a deal.\r But if you want to service you vehicle, go somewhere else, this shop cannot be trusted! Stay away, you’ve been warned.\r more

This was my first time visiting Pacific Nissan and certainly will not be my last. I felt welcomed when I arrived, promptly greeted by Robert. He was still able to give me the feeling I was welcome, even without an appointment and a very busy service area. I needed service and I had a couple minor issues with my Nissan, I received what I expected from the ""dealership experience"" (courtesy and respect)!! I was given expected completion times, a courtesy shuttle ride to work and they picked up my wife from home to come back and get the car, my wife told me she didn't feel like she was being talked down to and Robert treated her with respect, they really got it together. people complain about dealership costs, but was does it really end up costing you elsewhere when they either don't fix it right or diagnose it right costing you time and money; I'm always willing to pay a little extra for professionalism. Thank You Pacific Nissan I will see you at my next maintenance. more

from Pacific Nissan. Im not usually a person to write a review but since i looked at them when leasing this truck..... I decided to write one!!!! Im coming out of a Lexus GX460... this truck has more features then my Lexus... The salesman who helped me,TOM WALLACE, was very honest and not pushy and I liked that. I did and and most of the dealing over the internet. But a couple of other dealerships changed the numbers when my wife and I got there..... so we left. But Pacific Nissan and Tom kept there word and the price we had talked about is the price I got!! I looked for a while at a lot of different SUV's and this was by far the best combination of size, engine, safety, style, luxury, and amenities. We looked at big and small, this was the best. We were able to get a fully loaded Armada new for the price of other vehicles used without all of the options. And no other dealership could come close to the price they gave us. Ive had a great experience so far with my truck and the dealership. We are very happy........Thank you for making this car leasing experience a great one. I would definitely recommend Tom and Pacific Nissan to a friend...... in fact I already have!!! more

I was pleasantly surprised to meet and talk with Omar at Pacific Nissan. He was quick on his responses, didn't oversell and gave me exactly what I wanted so I bought my Nissan Z from him. I don't give Testimonials let alone write them but wanted to this time because of the way I was treated and the Low price I was given. It turns out this is the only Nissan Dealer in my area that isn't owned by Mossy and it showed through the shopping process. I was treated more like a number with Mossy so I kept looking and came across Pacific Nissan. These guys were professional and friendly, they gave me a great price and showed me that buying a car can still be fun. I would recommend Omar and Pacific Nissan for buying a car. more

We were welcomed by Richard Hill warmly and he helped me assess some of my options however I was referred to Omar due to Richard’s prior appointment. Omar and Bobby maintained my excitement in an otherwise unsure transaction and helped me become a Nissan owner. The Sales & Management team described the aspects of my new car accurately and did research when they were unsure. I am very happy with my Nissan Rogue and the entire team at Pacific Nissan! Ali was a wonderful salesperson. He asked all of the right questions and answered all of the questions I had. He definitely had our best interest in mind and let us make our own decision based on the information he supplied us with. We went with the Nissan Altima which turned out had a small problem with the brakes which was fixed immediately and at no charge, without question.
