This was my first time visiting Pacific Nissan and certainly will not be my last. I felt welcomed when I arrived, promptly greeted by Robert. He was still able to give me the feeling I was welcome, even without an appointment and a very busy service area. I needed service and I had a couple minor issues with my Nissan, I received what I expected from the ""dealership experience"" (courtesy and respect)!! I was given expected completion times, a courtesy shuttle ride to work and they picked up my wife from home to come back and get the car, my wife told me she didn't feel like she was being talked down to and Robert treated her with respect, they really got it together. people complain about dealership costs, but was does it really end up costing you elsewhere when they either don't fix it right or diagnose it right costing you time and money; I'm always willing to pay a little extra for professionalism. Thank You Pacific Nissan I will see you at my next maintenance.
