When I first pulled up to the Pacific Nissan lot looking at Scions or Altimas, Omar was very understanding of what I was looking for and helped me find the best deal. I went with an Altima and Omar was very knowledgeable about every aspect of this car. I have recommended Pacific Nissan to friends of mine who are looking for cars and they know to ask for Omar. Pros: Omar was a great salesman Cons: No complaints more

Happy with my Nissan Rogue 5/25/2010

We were welcomed by Richard Hill warmly and he helped me assess some of my options however I was referred to Omar due to Richard’s prior appointment. Omar and Bobby maintained my excitement in an otherwise unsure transaction and helped me become a Nissan owner. The Sales & Management team described the aspects of my new car accurately and did research when they were unsure. I am very happy with my Nissan Rogue and the entire team at Pacific Nissan! Ali was a wonderful salesperson. He asked all of the right questions and answered all of the questions I had. He definitely had our best interest in mind and let us make our own decision based on the information he supplied us with. We went with the Nissan Altima which turned out had a small problem with the brakes which was fixed immediately and at no charge, without question. Pros: Ali was very knowledgeable, no pressure to buy Cons: Nothing more

Richard Hill was my salesman and he was excellent! A very trustworthy, honest man who knew what he was talking about. He gave us lots of information and managed to get my wife and I in a new vehicle that day! If I had it to do all over again, I would request Richard anyday! I believe he stands by this product 100%! Pleased with Professionalism 5/25/2010

Michael Gutierrez, my Pacific Nissan salesman, was very professional and helped make my decision easier as I was considering buying a similar vehicle at BMW of San Diego. I went with the Infiniti FX45 which initially had an issue with the key which was fixed in a timely manner at Pacific Nissan. Not only would I recommend Mr. Gutierrez but I will recommend Pacific Nissan to friends and family! My son is going to college soon and I will be checking Pacific Nissan first when I am ready to purchase a car for him! Pros: Competitive pricing Cons: Paperwork took awhile more

I had a positive experience at Pacific Nissan with their salesman Omar. He answered my questions directly and clearly which was a big plus! I purchased a Nissan Altima and feel it was represented honestly and knowledgeably by Omar and would recommend him. He and his brother Ali are good people and we were especially pleased with their financial dealings - no pressure - and that's wonderful! The vehicle was clean when I received it and the representative took the time to go through the delivery checklist with me. Pros: Not pressured to buy Cons: None - very pleased more
