The staff is great, but the CEO of the company is horrible. Rachel Lindsay doesn't deserve this job. She should be in jail with how many people she has scammed. I don't even know if the actual owners of the house know of what she is doing. Google ""P & L Property Management reviews"". That is the name they used to go by. The first things that pop up are ""ripoffreport"" ""compaints"" and even if you check out 1 Sterling Place on yahoo reviews you'll see a bunch way down. Just google both names of the company and the CEO's name, Rachel Lindsay. Do your research before you even THINK about signing a lease. I did it after a run in with her and I saw plenty of horrible reviews. Even neighbors warned me about her. I regret ever signing a lease with this woman. more

This is not a place to rent if you are not Mrs Cleaver who can stay home and spit shine the floors and leave a spotless house. If you have kids you must pick up after them right after they stop playing with a toy. If you fail to do so, you WILL be inviolation of the tenant aggreement and chances are you will be fined. This woman is nothing but a cut throat who is only out for what money she can get out of you. She will enter your home without notice reguardless if you are home or not. She will take picture of your disorganized boxes when you begin moving in and months later after you pay your rent she will file an eviction notice and use those picture against you in court. And she will win because, although not proven, she seems to have a good relationship with the judge who oversees the eviction hearing and that person will rule in her favor. So in a nut shell-RUN! You don't want to rent from this person ever in your life. Oh and the good reviews are written by her friends because this company has so many bad reviews. more

Rachel is a crazy woman that will show up your house, without notice!! & If you are home, she won't even knock. She will just use her key & let herself in. Hope you don't ever get naked in your living room. If & WHEN you have a problem here, she will blame it all on you. She is a liar. She lies under oath. She may even wait until you pay your rent EARLY & then evict you & give you a 10 day notice & not give you any of your rent money back. She is like the devil. Please, if you like your peace & privacy & don't want problems with your property manager... GO SOME WHERE ELSE!! I have been watching these reviews sights for a while!! The ones like I write, ARE TRUE!! All the other ones, I guarantee that the crazy lady wrote them because she knew there were too many on here telling the truth!! All the other ones, LIES!!! more

She bullied and harassed me and called me an abusive and neglectful mother and threatened to call DSS on me (actually she tried reporting me to DSS) when she has no idea what kind of parent (or even what kind of person) I am. She blamed us for the house looking thrashed after a flood happened because roots grew into the toilets. She blamed us for that. She charged us for bogus things like toilet paper clogging our toilet...over $200 she charged us. She has came into our place without a 24 hour notice TWICE. She blackmailed me saying that if I sign an agreement saying that I would take down my negative reviews then she would drop the eviction. She evicted us not long after we put in our 60 day notice (1 day after she tried walking into our place without a 24 hour notice for the 2nd time) and 2 days after we paid our rent. She scammed us out of our rent for May. She is a SCAM ARTIST. She told the judge that the house on 8306 Whitehaven Drive was not able to be shown due to the way we kept it and yet the day we moved out she put a FOR RENT sign on the lawn. And she posted a craigslist ad that says nothing but lies. Oh and she upped the rent. One day she will cross the wrong tenants and I will be happy when Karma bites her in the butt and her business is shut down. Oh and I'd also like to add that I notified her about her horrible reviews. And right after I notified her these 5 star reviews popped up. Can you say FAKE? Well, don't overlook the bad reviews everyone. Please do not. They are the TRUTH! Yahoo reviews and google...even google 1SterlingPlace or P & L Property Management, that's the name they used to go by. more
