The staff is great, but the CEO of the company is horrible. Rachel Lindsay doesn't deserve this job. She should be in jail with how many people she has scammed. I don't even know if the actual owners of the house know of what she is doing.
Google ""P & L Property Management reviews"". That is the name they used to go by. The first things that pop up are ""ripoffreport"" ""compaints"" and even if you check out 1 Sterling Place on yahoo reviews you'll see a bunch way down. Just google both names of the company and the CEO's name, Rachel Lindsay. Do your research before you even THINK about signing a lease. I did it after a run in with her and I saw plenty of horrible reviews. Even neighbors warned me about her. I regret ever signing a lease with this woman.
