Sterling has been great to do with over the last 20 years, they have done really well. They are attentive to the property, and they notify me whenever maintenance or repairs are needed. They keep it rented to good tenants at all times. In two decades the only bad experience has been a tenant with a false claim about old which you guys completely took care of. You fees are very reasonable. Whenever we need maintenance work, you guys make the arrangements and hire great contractors, we never have to lift a finger. I don't know what you could do better to be better property managers, thanks so much. more

The email updates on the repairs are a vital line of information for me since I live out of state. I think you have done a great job keeping the tenants happy and taking care of things promptly. Thats a priority that I think we share. more

P & L Property Management (1 Sterling Place); ie... Rachael... Went under a contract with us to manage our properties. She and her employees have spoken negative about us to our tenants. As well as stole $6,000 from us when we took our properties back. She has claimed that we have slandered her name and made threats to her, when in fact we never once spoke a word about her to anyone but our atty... She did inspections and charged outrageous rates for work that was never done and also refused to pay the contractors for work they have done through her company. All the bills have been forwarded to us. She has never returned our original copies of our leases agreements. And She refuses to give back the money that she has stolen! She wants to see this go to court... Well it will and is in the process. I do not recommend anyone to rent or lease through her, nor would I recommend anyone to allow her to manage your properties!!! They lie, steal and hide!!! more
