She bullied and harassed me and called me an abusive and neglectful mother and threatened to call DSS on me (actually she tried reporting me to DSS) when she has no idea what kind of parent (or even what kind of person) I am. She blamed us for the house looking thrashed after a flood happened because roots grew into the toilets. She blamed us for that. She charged us for bogus things like toilet paper clogging our toilet...over $200 she charged us. She has came into our place without a 24 hour notice TWICE. She blackmailed me saying that if I sign an agreement saying that I would take down my negative reviews then she would drop the eviction. She evicted us not long after we put in our 60 day notice (1 day after she tried walking into our place without a 24 hour notice for the 2nd time) and 2 days after we paid our rent. She scammed us out of our rent for May. She is a SCAM ARTIST. She told the judge that the house on 8306 Whitehaven Drive was not able to be shown due to the way we kept it and yet the day we moved out she put a FOR RENT sign on the lawn. And she posted a craigslist ad that says nothing but lies. Oh and she upped the rent. One day she will cross the wrong tenants and I will be happy when Karma bites her in the butt and her business is shut down.
Oh and I'd also like to add that I notified her about her horrible reviews. And right after I notified her these 5 star reviews popped up. Can you say FAKE? Well, don't overlook the bad reviews everyone. Please do not. They are the TRUTH! Yahoo reviews and google...even google 1SterlingPlace or P & L Property Management, that's the name they used to go by.
