Overstock Floors Etc. was great. It was our first time using them, and it was a very seamless process, especially since we were first time carpet buyers. It was a process that was really easy. The workers were friendly, very thorough and helpful. The salesperson was awesome, incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. We got everything we needed when we needed it. I felt the same way about the installation team. The only negative thing I could share is that there was an item damaged during the install. It was evident the workers would have known it was broken, but they didn't let me know. A decorative plate was knocked off the wall, and I was aware of it because the pieces were moved. I found it after the fact. That was the only negative. Otherwise I was very impressed with the way they moved the furniture and did the work. more

Overstock Floors had an exceptional salesperson who came out to the house and worked with us on the product we wanted. They were really a delight to deal with. On install day, it was supposed to be a one-day install. The crew showed up with two men to do the prep work. The lead contractor and left their crew downstairs where they waited for four hours for him to return. They didn't finish the job until 9 or 10 at night and because they didn't do the proper prep work, there were some residual problems that we've had to deal with. I called the owner about it and he said he would send someone over to fix it but no one ever came and we haven't heard back from him at all. Overall, it started strong but I'm not happy. more
