Overstock Floors had an exceptional salesperson who came out to the house and worked with us on the product we wanted. They were really a delight to deal with. On install day, it was supposed to be a one-day install. The crew showed up with two men to do the prep work. The lead contractor and left their crew downstairs where they waited for four hours for him to return. They didn't finish the job until 9 or 10 at night and because they didn't do the proper prep work, there were some residual problems that we've had to deal with.
I called the owner about it and he said he would send someone over to fix it but no one ever came and we haven't heard back from him at all. Overall, it started strong but I'm not happy.
