Some items go out of stock in which we have no control of but we recommend customers getting a refund with no cancelation fee, but we would love to keep you as our customer and change the items for other in stock items. With new inventory system with our furniture manufactures, and with the help of internet based systems we have now reduced that problem to 0 seeing domestic, and international inventory any time to confirm stock and place the order at the time of the order to guarantee a timely delivery. We are always trying to be better, and the OSGO Furniture Customer Service Team takes extreme seriousness in the issue that you have had with our company. more

Horrible shopping experience 7/18/2008

I ordered an ottoman and they said it would take 6wks for delivery. On the sixth week they didn't have it, they said 4 more weeks. The 4 weeks have gone by and they don't have it yet. I asked for my money back and they said that they can only give me 50% back. It is absolutely ridiculous! I have asked to speak with the manager, owner, and they refuse him. The worst customer service ever. They even get upset because I keep calling. They already have my money... So why are they upset because I am asking for something I already paid for. It is the worst furniture store in El Paso Texas. They spend thousands of advertising and making themselves look good but the reality is, their service is horrible. They have three stores in El Paso. Please beware. more

anything for a sale 10/15/2007

I bought a sofa and the salesperson told me it would take 2-4 weeks. Eight weeks pass by and I still don't have my sofa. When I try to get my money back they refused to give it back. They want me to reselect even though there is nothing else in the store I like. I also told the salesperson that I was a salesperson in the past, furniture to be specific, and she still lied to me and told me it was leather when it is vinyl. I still don't have sofa or money looks like I will have to fight for my money. Don't buy from them unless they have it there and don't pay in advise. more

No customer satifasction 7/31/2007

I went in and purchased a bedroom set they took 3wks to deliver and when I looked at the pieces the platform of the matress was broken and the wood was of such poor quality I returned it to them but could not get a refund had to pick another item from exibition the same case as what I first had picked the first time...what luck!!! Pros: Good design furniture Cons: poor quality on some items, expensive more

Worst customer satisfaction policy ever!! 5/1/2007

I purchased couches, they said it would take 2-6 weeks and they would call me to notify me when they arrived. After the 7th week I called they said, it would take 1 more week. When I called the following week, the person who answered was very upset that I had not received a phone before because the merchandise had been sitting in their warehouse for a month! They gave misleading information about product, came to find out till I picked them up. When I picked up merchandise, they could not find it. Once it was found, I noticed a section was dirty, I asked them for a bit of cleaning product so I could clean (them) right there, they referred me to the local grocery store suggested I purchase cleaning product and clean them myself, or my other option was, I could purchase 3 small bottles of cleaning product for $165.00 attached to a 5 year warranty! At home after unwrapping the rest of the merchandise, found out that it was all stained and dirty. The wrap it came in read ""Floor sample"". ???? Was my merchandise, used???? I have yet to find out! Pros: Persuasive sales people!!! Cons: Once you pay, their ""friendliness"" is gone! more
