Horrible shopping experience 7/18/2008

I ordered an ottoman and they said it would take 6wks for delivery. On the sixth week they didn't have it, they said 4 more weeks. The 4 weeks have gone by and they don't have it yet. I asked for my money back and they said that they can only give me 50% back. It is absolutely ridiculous! I have asked to speak with the manager, owner, and they refuse him. The worst customer service ever. They even get upset because I keep calling. They already have my money... So why are they upset because I am asking for something I already paid for. It is the worst furniture store in El Paso Texas. They spend thousands of advertising and making themselves look good but the reality is, their service is horrible. They have three stores in El Paso. Please beware. more
