. In this case we do have a policy from 2 to 8 weeks in which 2 is for common items and 8 weeks is for special order exclusive items. Some items go out of stock in which we have no control of but we recommend customers getting a refund with no cancelation fee, but we would love to keep you as our customer and change the items for other in stock items. With new inventory system with our furniture manufactures, and with the help of internet based systems we have now reduced that problem to 0 seeing domestic, and international inventory any time to confirm stock and place the order at the time of the order to guarantee a timely delivery. We are always trying to be better, and the OSGO Furniture Customer Service Team takes extreme seriousness in the issue that you have had with our company.
