I consider myself to be someone who knows all the "hot spots" in LA. I've been in this city for 10 yrs and I've seen it all and done it all. I have to say One Sunset is pretty one of a kind. I went in and it was one of the rare times where I felt I got my money's worth and more in this overpriced city. I went in with a couple of my buddies from work to unwind and have some drinks and dinner and we had a great time. And I will say the food was delicious I had the new york steak, ravioli, bacon shrimp, fall salad, mushroom pizza, scallops, striped bass, burgers, tartare, and more I can't remember everything ( I didn't eat it all myself I was with four other guys and it's tapas so the portions are smaller and you share with everyone), and everything was spot on delicious, impressively so. The decor is beautiful they have an amazing one of a kind piece of art in one area of the restaurant that is stunning, great lighting, little bit awkward seating it's very tight and the tables wobble a bit. And the service was perfect. Our waitress was the girl of my dreams. Her name was Grace and she is stunningly beautiful with a personality to match. She knew absolutely everything about the menu and everything we ate she recommended. We told her we liked meat and seafood and she went to town describing, recommending and ordering, and her smile, oh her smile. To say I love this restaurant become of Grace is an understatement , she recommended a great bottle or two or red to go with our meal and I have to say her knowledge of food was impressive. Plus she was a great sport at all the "advances" me and my buddies made toward her being very gracious. I asked her time and time again to marry me but she insisted she was in love with her boyfriend and continued to break my heart. Regardless I had a great time and can't wait to go back and see my girl.
Pros: Grace my beautiful waitress
Cons: Not Cheap but worth it
