Always Wonderful 2/12/2010

One Stop is my neighborhood automobile fix-it place and I have been taking my cars there for years. It all comes down to this: do you trust the people who take care of your car. And I trust the crew at One Stop. They're personable, knowledgeable and thoughtful. I'm sure a person can have a bad experience with ANY business because those things happen and that's life. But I've always had the best experiences at One Stop. more

Transmission and Other Fixes 2/6/2010

One Stop rocks! Been going there about 10 years with my Nissan Sentra and now go with my Hyundai Santa Fe. They saved me 700 dollars vs the Huyndai dealer! Highly recommend! more

I've been using One Stop Auto for over 10 years! Recently I spent several minutes arguing with JC over his insistence that I NOT have my car's engine rebuilt now. That is entirely and refreshingly in opposition to the all too common practice of unnecessary work! Thank you JC! more

There's rarely anything worse than hearing an unfamiliar "knock-knock" in your car's engine -- especially late on a Friday afternoon. One Stop Auto got me in, and took care of the problem pronto -- and they caught something else just in time. Thanks One Stop! more

Honest and Friendly 12/29/2009

One Stop is maybe the last honest autoshop on earth. They fix what needs fixing and charge a fair price and nothing else. Staff is friendly and professional. I've been going here for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

As another reviewer said, you do have to be careful. You can go in for one problem and suddenly the mechanics will find other problems that will unexpectedly add up to a couple of hundred dollars. Strangely, One Stop was not always like this. I'd always felt taken care of until Ralph left. We are giving our reviews, whether or not the business likes it and they can try to discredit us but the bottom line is: go and see for yourself. Will you go in just wanting an oil change but then suddenly need all of these other repairs?? more

Very Good 12/19/2009

Ever since I took my VW Bug there to get serviced I've been happy with the quality of work. Now that I've taken my new car (Mini Cooper) to get fixed...I realized I should keep driving my Bug! It's less expensive to fix. But as before, very happy with the quality of work and friendliness of the staff and mechanics. more
