Everyone at One Stop was great. Other repair shops wanted to charge me twice the amount of One Stop, and the service would have taken a week longer. more

Best Mechanics in LA 4/21/2010

I cannot speak highly enough of this business. I have patronized them for over a quarter century, since they were in their much smaller shop in Hollywood. They will always find the least expensive, but most effective way of solving your problem. They are always friendly and forthcoming with information. Even though I now have to drive further to get to them, they are very much worth the extra time and effort. I will never go to any other mechanic. more

As always the service and prices were excellent. One Stop is my one stop for car/truck service in LA. They are right by the yoga studio, and they even helped me with my bycycle!!! more

weird problem solved! 4/8/2010

I had the wackiest problem with my lock controller, it ended up being a small leak in the trunk, draning water into the contoller... These guys took every step to find it and didn't charge me since they didn't know right off, but fixed it (as well as other things along the way), and really took great care of me! (Extemely fair price and execellent service!!) --- I highly reccomend 1sTOP! more

I think these guys deserve a pat on the back. You just can't get better service then these guys provide. Honest and straight forward. Offered me a written estimate but then called to tell me the real price was much lower. more

Honest and Personal 4/7/2010

I love this shop...I once needed my car towed and had no AAA coverage or money. One Stop added my tow to my final bill as I knew I'd be able to pay for the tow when the car was ready.The guys always tell me what I need to know whether I want to hear it or not and they always explain their repairs and the reasons for them. Their quotes before the repair are always accurate and if they determine that the repair will cost more, they call you beforehand and explain why. Just the best-fast, honest, and personal, and dependable, and IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD! more
