Trustworthy Service 7/28/2010

I will always take my car to One Stop for service. While I do feel that their prices run slightly higher than most garages in town, the care they take with my car and the timeliness of their service is well worth it. As a woman who is not well versed in mechanics, I have never felt taken advantage of by the guys at One Stop. Several of my friends use them as well - everyone has been happy with the results. more

Power steering leak 7/28/2010

Stopped by on Monday afternoon with a leak with my power steering. Left my car and got a call a few hours later saying what needed to be done and the car was ready for pick up at 8:30am the next day. Great job! more

One-Stop mechanics provide accurate estimates and get the work done quickly. When my 1992 Camry needs service work, the mechanics help me prioritize which items need immediate attention and which don't. They provide excellent work at a reasonable cost. more

They take the time to explain exactly what's wrong with the vehicle in a way that's not condescending; which is very rare especially if you're a woman. I've taken my trusty VW Bug there for maintenance and now they service my Mini Cooper. more

reasonable friendly service 5/21/2010

My car has had a shudder and has run rough for 10+ years. I've taken it to countless mechanics who have tried everything under the sun to make it stop but all have failed until one stop auto shop. Suddenly my 91' mini van is so smooth and quiet I feel like im in a new prius. Thank you One Stop!!! more

Periodic Servicing 5/13/2010

Because of a reminder via email, I took time out of my schedule to take my car by and luckily, they found a problem with my thermostat and replaced it - saving me from having a breakdown while on the freeway. Thank you. more
