Jeff has a great attitude, professional, friendly, he listens and explains. He came in to re-diagnose a problem and it appeared the original diagnosis was incorrect. If Jeff had not come in i would have waited a week for a part that would not have solved the problem. Thank you Jeff I hope in the future you can take care of any maintenance or issues. You have gained my trust with your knowledge and personality more

Jimmy at One Hour Heating and Air 7/17/2018

Jimmy came out late on a Saturday night and got the AC up and running within 15 minutes. He was very informative and tested the entire system. Great experience and I would call him back in a heartbeat if ever we needed service. He also made us members of the Hero's Club to say Thank You for serving in the military. more

My Heat Punp 6/23/2018

Anthony C. Is a service Genius. He is the first Technician that knew how to service my Heat Pump. He gave me suggestion on what to do on my own like filter. I would like Anthony to be the tech. to come next year. Ben Delaney more

One Hour Always Provides Excellent Service 7/13/2017

I have been using One Hour for years now. They always provide excellent service. From making appointments with Rose, to annual servicing of my furnace and a/c units, and purchasing new units I've always been happy with their customer service. I'm a satisfied customer. more

The technician was very polite and thorough. He explained everything he did, showed me photos of my furnace, and offered advice for keeping it in top condition. One Hour Heating has been servicing my furnace for three years. Every visit has been a good experience. The price is reasonable. more
