From the beginning with Rose. The tech Don, was running late. Rose contacted me several times to let me know When Don would show up. Great customer service. I have used One Hour Heating & AC for years and have always been pleased with their service. They have wonderful customer service, which I feel is very important. All employees are pleasant and knowledgeable from the phone call the day before and day of to the technicians. Jimmy was very polite and explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had. I am comfortable with allowing the technicians in my home and will continue to be a customer. more

We take every precaution when hiring our team members to try and make sure everyone has the same experience and is comfortable with who we send to visit our clients homes. Furnace Repair 10/7/2016

The only issue I had was with the scheduler. When I called One Hour Heating the scheduler clearly did not understand the difference between a routine service and a repair request. He refused to change his schedule despite the fact the furnace had to be shut down due to the problem I was experiencing. When the repair man arrived he had been told he was to do a routine annual service. Fortunately the repair man had enough common sense to address the actual problem at hand, a disabled furnace! He was very professional and went about fixing the problem with the furnace. In view of the entire situation, I give the repair man 5 stars and the clueless scheduler 1 star. more

In addition to servicing my furnace, Fredy gave me important tips on buying only quality replacement filters for the furnace and humidifier units. Cheaper may not be better and may actually do harm. A few dollars more pays itself in avoiding costly repairs. He also rerouted my humidifier wires so as to avoid touching hot furnace pipes. Very pleased with his help and suggestions. more

Rose was excellent and personable over the phone, very helpful and understanding of what service I needed. Donavin was excellent in explaining what services he was going to perform and the results of his tests. The extra call of duty was when he found a wasp nest in the outside AC control box. He carried on with borrowed spray to fulfill his appointed duties. Outstanding service! more

Jimmy D * just what I was after. I told Rose in the office that I would stay with the tech and ask lots of questions 'cause I want to know what is going on with my A/C. Jimmy D answered my questions, documented what he learned during the service call about my A/C, along with future recommendations for me to think about. Perfect, recommend One Hr.
