Review of service I had recently 8/13/2014

I have used One Hour service for over 20 years. We had it in our house in Itasca, and have had it in Bartlett for 19 years. I bought a furnace and a/c from you several years ago, and I've been happy with that, too. Every serviceman has been courteous, polite, and always wears the covers on their shoes. They come in the time frame provided. Thank you. more

Annual A/C Check_up 7/23/2014

On 7/22/14 I had my annual air conditioner check-up by One Hour HVAC. As in the past, Rick,the service tech, was on time,even calling ahead to let me know he was on his way. He thoroughly checked the system,including hi pressure flushing the condenser coil of debris,and replaced the furnace air filter. He also made me aware of a minor oil leak in the condenser motor,stating that while the motor is running fine now,it may need replacement in the future. I am completely satisfied with the prompt and courteous service I receive from ONE HOUR HVAC. more

Annual Air and Furnance Check-up 4/23/2014

One Hour Heating and Air Condtioning 3/21/2014

We called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioner on Thursday (3/20/14) and they were out the next day. Mike and Art were vary knowledgeable and very friendly. They did an excellent job according to our dog. It wasn't easy because they had to go down into the creepy crawlspace. If you want a rating, I would give them a 12. more

As always, the service guy, Jeff B., was on time, courteous, and fixed the problem. The issue with our furnace humidifier was fixed under warranty, and the humidifier is working great. more

Bad to the BONE 1/23/2014

These guys are AWESOME!! Of course my heat goes out on one of the coldest days of the winter and there are here within a One Hour window!! I paid a bit more for the appointment hoping they would be late, because if they were, it was FREE!!! Well, guess it did not work in my favor, because Jeff and Jose were here on time, provided me with heat, and off to the next they go. If you have not used this company yet, give them a try, you will not be disappointed. I want them back in the spring when it comes time for the comfort club inspection I decided to go with. Thank you for keeping us comfortable. more
