Despite being skeptical of a hasty service named company, One Hour was more accurate, thorough & thoughtful than their competitors in the estimation & quoting process, earning our business the old fashioned way. They wore booties without being suggested to in order to protect my pristine condition, original hardwood floors, measured all doors, windows, room sizes and joist locations on the first visit, and suggested detailed work to be done with options. The workmen did all show up at different times due to some getting materials from different places in town that have differing hours of operation, but all did professional, courteous jobs when present, including trying to clean up after themselves when prepping to leave despite a 9:30pm exit the second night, which happened to be Valentines Day. They offered & took suggestions equally in installing our new heat pump hvac system. more

Our furnance stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. We put in a request via service magic and One hour heating and Air was able to respond and send someone out to our home within 3 hours. The cost of the intiai emergency visit was $149 which is expected for an emergency service. The technitial then diagnosed the issue and found that the ignitor needed to be replace. He stated that the cost for the repair would be an additional $176. When he went to his truck I looked up the part on amazon and the part was between $35-$50. I showed it to him when he returned and all he could say was that this company has a tier pricign policy and there was no negotiaion on the cost. I paid the money for him to fix it becuase I didn't want to wait a couple of days for the part to be delivered. Be ware of the pricing policy of this company. All of our team members are back ground checked, drug tested and receive regular routine service training. The cost for the repair not only includes the part itself but the time and expertise to replace it. The repair also comes with a one warranty. Made the initial call on Tuesday January 23rd, the Salesman visited on January 24th. Yesterday, January 31 the unit that I wanted was installed and working. So happy for the good feeling of having the unit installed and making my home comfortable once again. more

One Hour HVAC is a fist-rate company. A year ago I chose them to replace my old oil-fired furnace and central air unit with an electric heat pump. They took out the old and installed the new in one day and it has worked perfectly ever since. The technicians and everybody I've had contact with have been exceptionally competent. Quality products and excellent customer service more

I have always been satisfied with my service but something happened yesterday that disturbes me. The technician exited my garage via a door to an entry way to upstairs and then to the outside BUT he left the outside door unlocked and did not notify me. This could have caused a big problem because anyone could have entered my house at any time. Fortunately, I happened to check the door and locked it. more

I found the technicians disdain for my Lenox furnace somewhat off putting. Although my unit is older, I did not see the need to hear constant complaints regarding how the circuit board was configured or attached to the unit. His aggressive nature in taking the circuit board off the unit made me question if the damage was done previously or just in him taking it off to inspect it. Obviously, the resulting prognosis was to replace the circuit board of course, oh and just disregard that I practically ripped it off the unit to conclude this point. RESPONSE FROM One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning: We were called out because the heat was not working. Upon arrival, we preformed a full diagnotic (as far as the system would allow us) on the gas furnace. The technician did pull the control board off the unit to inspeat for burn marks on the back side. Our conclusion was indeed the board was bad due to improper voltages from the board to the ignitor. more

I was very happy with the ease of getting out appointment. Steve was great! Can't wait to hvae the full service done on both of our units as they really need it! I love the ease of the monthly payment plan, the only thing that I was slightly bummed about is that the paper work said you have multi system discounts however, I believe we are paying the same price for both units with out a discount. BUT the service and ease is GREAT! I have told everyone at work how great I think this company is!
