Our furnance stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. We put in a request via service magic and One hour heating and Air was able to respond and send someone out to our home within 3 hours. The cost of the intiai emergency visit was $149 which is expected for an emergency service. The technitial then diagnosed the issue and found that the ignitor needed to be replace. He stated that the cost for the repair would be an additional $176. When he went to his truck I looked up the part on amazon and the part was between $35-$50. I showed it to him when he returned and all he could say was that this company has a tier pricign policy and there was no negotiaion on the cost. I paid the money for him to fix it becuase I didn't want to wait a couple of days for the part to be delivered. Be ware of the pricing policy of this company.

We appreciate any feedback our customers can provide! All of our team members are back ground checked, drug tested and receive regular routine service training. The cost for the repair not only includes the part itself but the time and expertise to replace it. The repair also comes with a one warranty. What that means is, if the part fails within the next year, we will replace the part (and the time and expertise) at no charge.
