Provided service as expected. 4/13/2011

Provided service and was professional. I was overcharged by $20, but the main office said they would take care of it. Haven't seen it back in my account yet. Overall cost to replace a minor part seems excessive, even though I am a member of the service club. Great service 4/3/2011

On time. Called first to let me know on the way. Have had a service contract for several years. This is the first time, we have had to get any additional maintenance done. Didn't try to talk us into anything we didn't need. Furnace is 16 years old. Very polite and courteous serviceman. more

Wonderful experience 3/22/2011

My initial meeting with the sales man was great. He was very thorough, looking through the entire house to ensure he proposed the proper unit. The installers were professional, very neat, personable, answered all questions, and showed me how to care for my unit, making sure I completely understood before they left. Then, a few days later another service man came to ensure the installation was correct and everything was working correctly. This is service above and beyond!!!!!! more

Joel was outstanding in every way 2/23/2011

Now i need inducer but price is $1000 with the package deal so that seems high to me, but will check a few quotes. You guys are always quick out to home, polite, good technically and professional demeanor and I appreciate it. Give me a deal on an inducer and you get all starts possible! Thanks, David Brat more

The technician 2/19/2011

The technician was very nice & professional however, I feel he could have exhausted all options before offering a new thermostat. I feel like my current thermostat can be fixed instead of having to pay extra money for a new one. more
