As with everyone else I have dealt with at OHH&A, the technician that performed this work was extremely courteous and professional. I sent a letter to the owner after our system was installed six or so months ago, telling him that his folks were superb - and the tradition continues. You just don't find that kind of consistancy in business anymore. more

Excellent company with wonderful workers, both on the phone and in person. They come quickly and charge a fair fee; they also do not charge more on the weekends like most other companies. I would highly recommend them because they get the job done quickly and are a pleasure to work with. more

One Hour Heating and Air did a fantastic job. I received several estimates from other air conditioning companies and One Hour was by far the best deal. Their service promise is outstanding. I have a great warranty and service plan for the future. I can rest assured if I have any issues in the future they will be addressed in a timely manner. As a side note, they brought me window a/c units for the few days until they could install my new system. They put them in the windows and removed them after the new unit was installed. more

Excellent experience 7/17/2010

We had One Hour install two systems for the first and second floor of our home in Woodlake. We had the Amana system furnaces and heat pumps installed. Star service One Hour did an outstanding job installing. It took two days and they worked hard for those 2 days in July 100 degree heat. Mark, our salesperson was outstanding and Mike, the manager answered all of our questions and supervised the work professionally. We love our beautiful Amana system! We had Star Service One Hour (Brandermill-VA) install two systems dual fuel furnaces and heat pumps on both floors of our house in Woodlake. We were very plesed with the Amana systems. They are beautiful and comfortable. The installation process was excellent and both our salesman, Mark, and the mamager, Mike, were very professional and answered all questions. more

A highly organized and professional installation and repair service. 7/17/2010

Of the three contractors that I invited to submit bids for installing a heat-pump / AC system, they were the only ones who did a thorough evaluation of my needs and and submitted a bid in a timely fashion. The installation went smoothly and performed as expected. I have called them twice to schedule routine maintenance and repairs. A friendly and competent receptionist answers their phone, the technicians arrive when scheduled, and do a professional job. more

My tech was Chris was very thorough and showed me any concerns he had and what I could do to fix it if intersted. He didn't promise that what he fixed would make my system run better but instead stated that it should keep the system from breaking soon. My system is older. more
