After receiving the flyer in the mail, validating their BBB status and the fact that they were with Tom Martino's list, I gave them a call. After a quick consult, they were able to book me exactly when I wanted. \r \r William came by to conduct the service. He was a nice guy and helped explain my options - both the ""NEEDS"" and the ""Options"" to solve my concerns. I decided to have them fix the rollers and put in a new garage opener. William did a great job with the repairs and was very professional the entire time. Despite the fact that I had this guy working late on a Friday night, he was in great spirits and took his time to make sure everything was in proper working order. So far (it's been a couple days), we are extremely pleased with the work. One company actually left here and told me it was fixed when she had caused more damage to it. This time we called ONE CLEAR CHOICE, David came out later that afternoon, with no trip charge. And now our garage door opens quietly and more efficiently. He was a very honest, pleasant, hard working young man. IF...IF we ever have to have it worked on again we will call David again.
